Check the wallet and request a withdrawal

Review the balance

1. Open Wallet or Withdrawals.
2. Check Available, Reserved and Total balance separately.
3. Open recent entries and confirm successful sales are present.
4. Confirm failed or reversed transactions were not counted as available earnings.

Request the withdrawal

1. Select an approved MTN or Airtel payout number.
2. Enter an amount not greater than the available balance.
3. Enter the withdrawal security code or requested authentication.
4. Review the network, number, amount and fee.
5. Submit once and wait for the provider result.
6. Confirm the withdrawal becomes Completed or Failed instead of remaining unexplained.
7. Check the phone and wallet ledger after completion.
