Monitor customers and active sessions
See who is online, inspect package state and disconnect access when required.
Check a customer session
- Open Sessions or Customers.
- Filter by router, site, phone, MAC address or status.
- Open the customer or session detail.
- Check package name, start time, expiry, data use and device details.
- Confirm the session is linked to the correct payment or voucher.
- Use Disconnect or Revoke only when access must end immediately.
- Refresh and confirm the router no longer reports the session as active.
