Verify router, RADIUS and portal status
Do not sell access until every required status is confirmed.
AROFi verification checklist
- Open Network or Routers and select the installed router.
- Confirm the router heartbeat or online state is current.
- Confirm the detected MikroTik model, RouterOS version and serial details look correct.
- Confirm RADIUS status is healthy.
- Confirm the captive portal file or portal status is healthy.
- Confirm the remote tunnel is connected when remote access was enabled.
- Open the live status or test control and correct every failed item before continuing.
Local network check
- Customer devices receive a hotspot IP address from the MikroTik.
- The default gateway is the MikroTik hotspot address.
- The upstream internet router remains on the WAN side.
- Access points do not issue a second DHCP range.
