Voucher Agents
Register physical voucher sellers, attribute voucher sales to them, and track the cash each agent should return.
Registering an agent
From the Agents page, click Register Agent. Set an agent code (e.g. KLA-AGENT-01), name, phone number, agent type, territory, and voucher pay percentage.
Registering an agent only creates a tracking record. Agents do not need dashboard login or wallets.
Selling a voucher (point of sale)
Click Sell Voucher on the Agent PoS page. Choose a package, optionally attribute the sale to a registered agent, and enter the customer's phone number.
AROFi automatically assigns the oldest unused voucher in stock for that package — you don't pick a specific code, and if none are left it tells you to generate a new batch first (see Packages and vouchers).
The sale is recorded immediately: the voucher is marked sold, a billing transaction is posted, and, if you picked an agent, the sale appears in that agent's voucher accountability report.
Cash collection
Agents sell physical vouchers outside the wallet system. AROFi tracks voucher sales, agent pay, and cash to collect so the business owner knows what each agent sold.
Mobile Money sales are business sales, not agent wallet activity.
